From satellite links to next-generation sensing systems, we design and manufacture high-performance components and subsystems—including SSPAs, filters, and transceivers—ensuring seamless connectivity and precision at the highest frequencies. An exciting opportunity has arisen to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the effective management of strategic bids and proposals. As Bid Manager, you will lead bid teams supporting technology leaders within the Space, Aerospace and Defence & Communications Industries. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end management of Filtronic bid activity, ensuring all proposals are compelling, commercially sound, and aligned with our technical capabilities. Working across functions, you will coordinate inputs from engineering, sales, finance, and operations to deliver high-quality bids that meet client requirements and deadlines.
