SES Engineering Services is seeking a Bid Manager to join our South team on a full-time permanent basis. You will lead the bid process for individual projects, ensuring a well-considered and coordinated bid for adjudication.

This role offers hybrid working, travel to sites, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Bid Manager, you will drive bid strategy, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery to the required standard.

• Experience leading bids/tenders end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.
• Ability to deliver bids on time and to standard.

What you’ll be doing:

Our Bid Managers are a valuable part of our business, leading the way to provide leadership on tenders in accordance with the SES Bid Strategy and governance.

As a Bid Manager you will be involved in the following:

• Implementation of agreed bid strategy
• Project specific stakeholder management
• Delivery of settlement requirements
• Chairing project settlements
• Managing input/output from internal and external resource
• Agree supply chain with business unit
• Responsible for the delivery of the bid on time and to the required standard
