Job summary

Bidrecruitment is seeking a Bid Design Manager to join its work-winning team. You will lead the design, coordination and delivery of high-quality tender submissions, ensuring proposals are compelling, client-focused and aligned with win strategies.

Working with project, design, commercial and leadership teams, you will develop visually engaging documents, presentations, infographics and interview materials, while driving continuous improvement of templates, content libraries and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' experience in bid management, bid design, or proposals.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle and a portfolio of design work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bid design, coordination and delivery of tender submissions.
• Develop visually engaging proposals, presentations, infographics and interview materials.
• Manage the bid process from opportunity review to final submission.
• Drive continuous improvement of bid templates, content libraries and submission processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify differentiators and win themes.
