Job summary

Working with project, design, commercial and leadership teams, you will develop visually engaging documents, presentations, infographics and interview materials, while driving continuous improvement of templates, content libraries and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' experience in bid management, bid design, or proposals.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle and a portfolio of design work.

Bid Design Manager

A market leader in the fit out and Design & Build sector is looking to appoint a Bid Design Manager to join its work-winning team. This role will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of high-quality tender submissions, ensuring all proposals are compelling, client-focused, and aligned with win strategies.

Working closely with project, design, commercial, and leadership teams, you will manage the bid process from opportunity review through to final submission. You will be responsible for developing visually engaging proposal documents, presentations, infographics, and interview materials that communicate complex information clearly and effectively while maintaining brand consistency. Alongside leading bid design, you will drive continuous improvement across bid templates, content libraries, submission processes, and visual standards. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify differentiators, develop win themes, and enhance the overall quality and impact of submissions.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years' experience in bid management, bid design, or proposals within construction, fit out, or related sectors. You will possess advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, a strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, and a portfolio showcasing exceptional document design and visual storytelling. Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
