Job summary

Bimplus, an established multidisciplinary design practice, is seeking an organised Bid Co-ordinator to join their Bristol or Plymouth team.

You will support the full bid process across public and private sector opportunities, coordinating input from technical teams and sub-consultants, and formatting documents with InDesign.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, construction, consultancy or built environment preferred.
• APMP Foundation knowledge or bid management awareness beneficial.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contract notices and bid portals and distribute opportunities.
• Coordinate go / no-go processes for new opportunities.
• Manage bid programmes, deadlines, clarifications and document control.
• Support development of win themes, messages and differentiators.
• Coordinate input from technical teams and sub-consultants.
• Assist with commercial content to reflect scope and project stages.
• Contribute to written bid responses and submissions.
• Format documents using InDesign.
• Maintain bid resources such as case studies and CVs.
• Arrange post-bid feedback and review sessions.
