Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Bid Manager to lead the preparation and submission of bid responses for projects across London and the Southeast. You will collaborate with the Bid Coordinator, Technical Author, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling tenders that meet client requirements.

The role requires excellent writing, attention to detail, and proficiency with the MS Office suite. You will work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and multiple concurrent bids.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and document presentation skills.
• Must manage tight deadlines and multiple bids.
• Strong IT literacy with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and record leads, PQQs, ITTs, and tender documents.
• Review PQQs/ITTs to assign actions to relevant teams and track deadlines.
• Coordinate tender process, prepare submissions and client feedback.
• Write and proofread tender responses for clarity and accuracy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining bid procedures and document library.
