Job summary

The North London NHS Foundation Trust offers an apprenticeship in its Analytics and Business Intelligence team. Under supervision, you will assist with routine data tasks, dashboard refreshes, and first-line BI support to help trust-wide reporting.

The role is developmental, building analytical and technical skills alongside an accredited apprenticeship, with exposure to NHS datasets, data quality processes and reporting tools. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL are needed to apply.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited apprenticeship program.
• Proficient in Excel and basic SQL concepts.
• Attention to detail with accuracy in data tasks.
• Strong communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day report and dashboard refreshes for BI reports.
• Provide first-line support for BI tools and escalate issues.
• Engage with colleagues to define information and analytical needs.
• Assist with data collection, entry and validation.
• Contribute to documentation and handover of developments.
