Job summary

Autotrader Limited is seeking a BI Developer to join the Finance Systems and BI team. You will analyse big data models, translate insights and manage the Looker reporting suite, handling requests and enabling self-serve analytics.

You’ll build and maintain data pipelines with dbt or similar tools, collaborating with Finance to surface data for impactful analyses and dashboards. The role embraces a hybrid working model with in-office days and remote periods.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL language skills.
• Experience in enterprise BI data platforms.
• Experience creating and optimising dashboards/reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and review large data models and translate into insights.
• Manage Looker reporting suite and respond to support requests.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Partner with Finance to surface data for accurate analyses.
• Create data packages, reports and dashboards for self-serve analysis.
• Provide training to Finance colleagues on reporting tools.
