Job summary

James Cropper is seeking a BI, Data & Integration Analyst to join the Information Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our ERP transformation. You will develop Power BI dashboards, assist data migration, build integrations, and create ETL processes, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to enable accurate, timely information across the business.

Experience with Power BI, SQL, data governance and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is valuable, as is manufacturing

Qualifications

• Strong experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI and DAX.
• Experience with data migration, data transformation and data quality initiatives.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases and ETL tools.
• Experience supporting system integrations and validating data flows.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ERP implementation, migration or transformation projects.
• Manufacturing industry experience.

As we continue our exciting ERP transformation journey, we're looking for a talented BI, Data & Integration Analyst to join our Information Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a critical role in shaping how data, reporting and integrations support our future business systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights, building robust reporting solutions, and ensuring systems work seamlessly together. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to help deliver a successful ERP implementation across the James Cropper Group.

What You'll Be Doing

As our BI, Data & Integration Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our ERP programme, helping to ensure trusted, accurate and timely information flows across the business. You'll support reporting, data migration, integrations and analytics that enable better decision-making and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics solutions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an analytical and curious problem solver who enjoys working with data and collaborating with people across a business.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX.


• Experience in data migration, data transformation and data quality initiatives.


• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases and ETL tools.


• Experience supporting system integrations and validating data flows.


• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality data.


• ERP implementation, migration or transformation projects.


• Manufacturing industry experience.


• Power Automate, Power Apps or SharePoint expertise.


• Infor Birst or similar cloud reporting platforms.


• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Python or PowerShell.
