Job summary

James Cropper is seeking a BI, Data & Integration Analyst to join the Information Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our ERP transformation. You will develop Power BI dashboards, assist data migration, build integrations, and create ETL processes, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to enable accurate, timely information across the business.

Experience with Power BI, SQL, data governance and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is valuable, as is manufacturing

Qualifications

• Strong experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI and DAX.
• Experience with data migration, data transformation and data quality initiatives.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases and ETL tools.
• Experience supporting system integrations and validating data flows.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ERP implementation, migration or transformation projects.
• Manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics solutions.
• Supporting ERP data migration activities, including extraction, cleansing, mapping and validation.
• Building and testing integrations between business systems and the new ERP platform.
• Developing ETL processes, SQL scripts and data pipelines.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver valuable business insights.
• Supporting testing, cutover and go-live activities throughout the ERP implementation.
• Ensuring data quality, consistency and governance standards are maintained.
• Documenting reporting solutions, integrations and data processes to support long-term sustainability.
