Harrow Council is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Digital, Data and Customer Experience Division in the Resources & Innovation Directorate. You will turn data into clear insights to support strategic planning and service improvement for residents.

The role requires advanced ICT skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL, SPSS or similar), experience handling large databases, and the ability to present complex information clearly to varied audiences.

Formación

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in research involving data handling, analysis, and interpretation.
• Hands-on experience working with large databases in a data management or handling role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise in data collection, collation, analysis and interpretation.
• Present insights in clear, accessible formats for a range of audiences.
• Support Directors and managers with performance information to drive service improvement and resident outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic planning, performance management and research projects.
