Job summary

Automation Anywhere is seeking a Principal Solution Architect — Industry Specialist to bridge Solution Engineering and Industry Catalyst. You’ll own BFSI content and lead executive-level workshops across EMEA, translating agentic AI capabilities into business transformation narratives.

This hybrid role carries direct deal accountability and requires a track record of influencing CXO level decisions in complex enterprise sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in BFSI, Insurance, or Finance Operations, combining practitioner and consulting/tech sales.
• Deep industry knowledge across Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services and/or Insurance.
• Ability to lead enterprise architecture conversations and whiteboard solution designs.
• Experience with RPA, AI Agents, LLM integration, and enterprise platform integrations.
• Knowledge of agentic process automation concepts and related patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead industry-specific pre-sales motions on strategic EMEA accounts, owning business case and ROI models.
• Design executive-level discovery workshops and translate business pain into automation roadmaps.
• Serve as BFSI industry expert on RFPs/RFIs and strategic pursuits; guide procurement evaluations.
• Engage with GSIs on joint solution design for major BFSI accounts.
• Deliver industry content, enablement sessions, and executive briefing materials.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field

Advanced degree or professional certifications (CFA, FRM, ACCA, MBA) a strong plus
