Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across IFS ERP functional areas including financials, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and project-based operations.
• Working knowledge of IFS EAM-related capabilities is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work effectively with product managers, engineers, and senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing opportunities and strategic conversations with key accounts.
• Collaborate with product organization on process mapping and solution design.
• Engage with engineering for validation and pre-release testing.
