Encirc, part of the Vidrala group, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its Elton, Cheshire site. You will oversee overhaul and maintenance of high-speed filling lines, focusing on valves, lift cylinders and capping heads to sustain performance and hygiene in a fast-paced beverages operation.

You will log all tasks in Prisma CMMS and work with a proactive, details‑driven approach to prevent unplanned downtime, ensuring safety and efficiency across the manufacturing process.

Qualificações

• Minimum of NVQ Level3 in engineering
• Proven background in planned and proactive maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Lean & S5 manufacturing would be advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Overhaul, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance of filling machinery components (valves, lift cylinders, capping heads) to ensure peak performance and hygiene.
• Record all jobs, inspections and maintenance activities in the Prisma CMMS system.
• Support line efficiency, product quality and safety in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
