Job summary

Encirc Ltd in Elton, Cheshire is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role on our high-speed beverages bottling line. You will overhaul, refurbish and maintain filling valves, lift cylinders and capping heads to keep line performance, hygiene and reliability at peak.

You will log all work in the Prisma CMMS, work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, and apply a hands-on, detail-focused approach to mechanical overhauls while supporting safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in engineering.
• Experience in planned and proactive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Methodical fault-finding and hands-on maintenance skills.
• Lean & S5 manufacturing knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul, refurbish and maintain filling valves, lift cylinders and capping heads on high-speed bottling lines.
• Complete and accurately record all jobs, inspections and maintenance in Prisma CMMS.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and line performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Apply a proactive, detail-oriented approach to mechanical overhauls.
