Jikoni in London is seeking an Assistant General Manager - Beverage Operations to lead the bar team at our Marylebone cafe and the V&A East Museum project in Stratford. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and supervise FOH and bar team.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and hours tracking.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback or complaints.
• Monitor bar and FOH stock levels, place orders for consumables and manage supplier relationships.
• Control costs, manage budgets, and meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and brand consistency.
• Respond to reviews and liaise for private hires.
• Understand KPIs and present operational metrics to senior team.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of FOH and bar staff.
