Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Beverage Manager for Constance restaurant at Fulham Pier. You will lead beverage operations, ensure exceptional drinks and guest experiences, and drive team training and product knowledge.

This role covers matchday beverage operations across venues, managing stock, supplier relations and compliance while collaborating with the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience.

Qualifications

• Proven beverage operations management experience.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Experience with stock, inventory and ordering processes.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team to high service standards.
• Understanding of health, safety and licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage operations at Constance to deliver exceptional drinks and service.
• Oversee matchday beverage operations across venues, ensuring quality during busy periods.
• Train and develop the beverage team with product knowledge and confidence.
• Manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships to minimise wastage.
• Control labour costs and contribute to gross profit targets.
• Maintain licensing, food safety and health & safety compliance in bar areas.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager, Head Sommelier and kitchen team for seamless service.
• Coordinate with Fulham FC and Partnership teams for matchday activations.
