Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking confident and enthusiastic Mixologists to join our matchday team at Craven Cottage. You will prepare and serve cocktails and other drinks to supporters and guests, bringing energy, care and high standards to the matchday experience.

In a busy environment you will engage with guests, share your knowledge of drinks, and deliver friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming atmosphere for one of London’s most iconic venues.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing cocktails and serving drinks in a busy bar or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques and drink presentation.
• Warm, confident approach with strong communication skills.
• Able to stay organized and work well under pressure.
• Reliable, flexible and positive attitude; team-focused.

Pay: £14.80 to £15.61 per hour, depending on experience

About the role

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Mixologists to join our team at Craven Cottage on matchdays. You will prepare and serve drinks to supporters and guests, bringing energy, care and excellent service to the matchday experience.

You will be comfortable working in a busy environment, enjoy engaging with guests and take pride in serving every drink to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails and other drinks accurately and efficiently.

Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.

Share knowledge of drinks and make recommendations when asked.

Keep the bar clean, organised and well stocked throughout service.

Follow responsible alcohol service, licensing and health and safety procedures.

Work closely with colleagues to deliver smooth and efficient service.

Support with bar set up, close down and matchday preparations.

Handle payments accurately and follow cash and till procedures.

What we are looking for

Experience preparing cocktails and serving drinks in a busy bar or hospitality setting.

Good knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques and drink presentation.
