A leading design service company in Coventry is seeking a Systems Engineer to support Propulsion Systems development for their Electrified Architecture platform. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in systems engineering, particularly in automotive electrified powertrain systems. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or propulsion system delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience within automotive or electrified powertrain programs is preferred.
• Experience applying structured problem-solving approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition and delivery of Propulsion Systems into OEM vehicles.
• Generate targets and verification methods driven by customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional technical reviews on the systems.
