Job summary

NHOA Energy in Coylton is seeking a motivated individual to join our Service team, focusing on the operation and maintenance of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will be instrumental in ensuring that all maintenance and safety standards are met while contributing to performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a technical high-school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or testing. Individuals skilled in PLC testing will find this role rewarding and collaborative.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrical tester or maintenance technician.
• Basic knowledge of PLC testing, programming, or coding is desired.
• Ability to work effectively in international and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site reference for O&M activities on the Coylton BESS.
• Support the UK Service Manager across assigned O&M projects.
• Work closely with the Performance Monitoring team for issue tracking and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Skills

Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance

Knowledge of PLC testing

Strong sense of responsibility regarding safety

Education

Technical high-school diploma (electrical, mechanical, electronic, or similar)
