Hyosung UK Limited is recruiting an experienced BESS O&M Service Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance optimization of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems across the UK. The role includes field work, remote support, and occasional home-office duties, ensuring safe, compliant system operation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in renewable energy with a proven O&M track record, experience with battery systems and PCS

Formación

• A degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of LV systems, inverters, energy management systems and batteries.
• Experience in renewables or power sector operations and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of Battery Storage Systems and related infrastructure.
• Perform remote operations as part of maintenance tasks.
• Carry out inspections and diagnostic testing using standard tools.
• Ensure compliance with site health and safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality and compliance of third-party works.
