Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting two Electrical Supervisors for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Fife, Scotland. The role focuses on supervising electrical installation activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safe, on-time delivery on site.

The successful candidates will have a background in BESS, HV/LV, renewables or major power projects, with strong reading of drawings and RAMS knowledge. NVQ Level 3 Electrical and 18th Edition are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects.
• Background in BESS, HV/LV, substations, renewables or major power infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and project documentation.
• Strong safety focus with RAMS and permits awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation activities on site and manage site teams.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure works are delivered on programme and to specification.
• Enforce RAMS, permits and site safety procedures.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
• Coordinate with other trades and site management.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover.
• Report progress and issues to Site Management.
