The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection is seeking an experienced Concierge to create memorable, personalized experiences for guests and act as a trusted ambassador of the hotel and destination. Successful candidates will possess luxury hospitality experience in London, an extensive local network, and a talent for anticipatory, bespoke service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Concierge or guest relations within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of London restaurants, attractions and lifestyle experiences.
• Established network within London's luxury hospitality, dining and lifestyle sectors.
• Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver bespoke, personalized service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intuitive, personalized and discreet service to guests.
• Arrange exclusive dining reservations, transportation, entertainment and bespoke experiences.
• Provide expert recommendations on local attractions and events.
• Support VIP arrivals and ensure guest preferences are recognized and exceeded.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners and service providers.
• Coordinate complex guest requests and ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate with all departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.
