You will be the face of the restaurant, creating unforgettable first impressions and building lasting guest relationships in a luxurious setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Host or similar in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Passion for creating personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong understanding of reservations management and luxury guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional and personalized welcome to guests.
• Oversee the restaurant reservations operation with accuracy.
• Act as primary contact for VIP guests and special occasions.
• Build genuine guest relationships and anticipate preferences.
• Manage table allocations and seating strategies for seamless service.
• Collaborate with Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen and Front Office teams.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and requests with discretion.
• Monitor reservation trends and guest feedback to enhance the experience.
• Ensure interactions reflect Colbert Collection luxury service standards.
