Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Bench Joiner or Carpenter to join a St Ives workshop on a full-time basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, producing bespoke joinery and interpreting drawings with accuracy.

You will join a supportive team focused on quality, with a competitive salary and benefits. Applicants should bring strong hand and power tool skills and a meticulous approach to safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner / Carpenter within bespoke joinery.
• Strong knowledge of both traditional and modern joinery methods.
• Confidence using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and preparing timber to exact specifications
• Manufacturing and assembling bespoke joinery ready for installation
• Interpreting technical drawings accurately
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Modifying designs to suit client requirements
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting material issues
