Job summary

Quest Employment are recruiting an experienced Bench Joiner to join a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer in Kettering. You will manufacture windows, doors and stairs to exacting standards from technical drawings, using modern joinery machinery.

This full-time permanent role offers a daytime shift, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and on-site parking, with overtime regularly available and a supportive skilled team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years joinery experience.
• Previous bench joinery / workshop joinery experience is essential.
• Ability to read and work from drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing bespoke joinery products to a high standard.
• Producing windows, doors, stairs and general bespoke joinery.
• Reading and working from technical drawings.
• Using modern joinery machinery and workshop equipment.
• Measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing timber components.
• Working independently to complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Supporting the wider joinery team where required.
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
