Quest Employment seeks an experienced Bench Joiner for a bespoke joinery manufacturer in Kettering. The role focuses on producing high-quality timber joinery, reading technical drawings, and working within a modern factory environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years joinery experience.
• Experience working in a joinery shop or workshop.
• Able to read and work from technical drawings.
• Comfortable and safe using workshop machinery.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery products.
• Producing windows, doors, stairs and other bespoke joinery.
• Reading and working accurately from technical drawings.
• Operating modern joinery machinery and workshop equipment.
• Measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing timber components.
• Completing jobs independently, accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring excellent standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Assisting the wider joinery team when required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
