Job summary

Qualifications

• Planning and scheduling experience within an operational, engineering or project environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering solutions, or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end service requests relating to vessel movements, waste services and waterfront operations.
• Coordinating berthing schedules to ensure safe, efficient and timely execution of operational activities.
• Collaborating with operational teams and berthing officers to resolve issues and balance competing priorities.
• Monitoring and coordinating maintenance schedules for critical waterfront assets to maximise operational availability.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements.
