What we expect from you:
Our Deputy Managers ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of the store. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
Monitor and analyse commercial and productdata to improve the sales and productivityof your store
Oversee the store’s operational tasks
Motivate and develop your team
Be an ambassador for our companies sustainability project
