A major player in the food and FMCG industry renowned for its strong culture and employee-first philosophy, is seeking a Foodservice Store Manager to join its expanding operations team. This organisation boasts a multi-billion-pound turnover and a reputation as a top employer.
This role combines office-based responsibilities in Belfast, flexibility to work from home, and hands-on field work across multiple retail sites. You'll be central to supporting a high-impact retail transformation programme across the store network.
As Food Service Store Manager, you'll drive the implementation of strategic store-level initiatives. You'll act as a key link between the head office, retail partners, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of tailored store projects.
Key duties include:
Leading the roll out of retail improvement programmes across individual store locations
Establishing delivery plans, time lines, and resource allocation for store-level change
Monitoring project milestones and reporting progress to senior stakeholders
Identifying risks and developing practical, on-the-ground solutions
Maintaining focus on cost-efficiency, operational enhancements, and customer experience improvements
Managing stakeholder communication to align all parties on project status and next steps
Gathering data on outcomes, identifying trends, and supporting further enhancements
Minimum 1 year in a leadership or coordination role within retail, hospitality, or food service
Proven ability to manage store-level processes and drive operational change
Strong organisational skills, with attention to performance and process improvement
Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with store teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Energetic and proactive attitude with a drive for excellence
Full UK Driving Licence essential due to field-based elements of the role
