Sytner Group’s Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham showroom seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across new and used car sales, F&I, and marketing. You will drive profitability, set forecasts, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will have a proven automotive sales leadership track record, the ability to motivate teams, and strong negotiation skills with HNWI clients to maximise dealership performance.

• Proven track record of success in a similar automotive management role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all Sales departments.
• Experience negotiating with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and bringing new ideas to drive performance.

About the role

Sytner Group has a rare and very exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our management team at Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham.

You will be a great leader who can drive the team along with you, be into the detail and have the capacity to manage many different areas of the business including new cars, used cars, marketing and managing customer situations. We will also consider applicants from highly accomplished sales department employees who can show a proven track record of exceptional results in selling cars or F & I.

You will have experience in the buying and selling of prestige cars.

As a Sytner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. You will be required to manage the annual dealership sales forecasts and targets and communicate these to the sales team.

You will also hire and monitor the performance of sales executives and business managers and hold effective and motivational sales meetings and conduct sales mentoring and support.

This is a full-time role which will include Saturday working on a rota to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

You will have a proven track record of success in a similar position within the Automotive industry.

The ability to be able to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the Sales department is essential.

We are looking for someone who has high standards, has experience of negotiating and dealing with HNWI and the capability to bring new ideas to the team with the ability to drive the performance of the sales department.
