Sytner Select Bristol is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead the sales teams across new and used vehicle departments, maximise profitability, and drive customer retention. You will oversee enquiries, leads, and sales conversions while mentoring staff and conducting regular sales meetings.
The role is full-time, with weekend work typical to maintain service levels for customers and performance targets across the department.
Sytner Group has a rare and very exciting opportunity for an experienced General Sales Manager to join our management team at Sytner Select Bristol.
As a Sytner General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. You will be required to manage enquiries and leads, and to maximise sales rates through the sales and customer process. In addition, you will manage and be responsible for the retention and prospecting activity to existing customers.
You will also help hire and monitor the performance of the sales executives and hold weekly sales meetings and conduct sales mentoring and support.
This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Ideally, you will have a proven track record of success in a similar position within the Automotive industry.
The ability to be able to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the Sales department is essential.
