Job Title: Benefits and Payroll Coordinator

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working 4 days in the office, (3 days in the office following probation)

Salary: up to £50,000 per annum

Requirements: Law firm Experience desired but not essential

The firm

Our client is a leading international law firm known for pioneering work in corporate governance, private equity, restructuring, and litigation. The role

In your new role as a Benefits and Payroll Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for all pension and benefit-related queries from the London office. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Work closely with the payroll team within accounts to manage monthly payroll and run and check the benefits provider reports.Responsible for implementing the benefits strategy for the London office.Conduct regular benchmarking exercises within the market to ensure salary and benefits offerings remain competitive.Coordinate the annual benefits renewal process in conjunction with benefits broker and HR Director.Assisting HR team in the benchmarking of salary data for the annual salary and bonus review process.Responsible for updating and conducting the benefits induction for all new joiners to the London office.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

Previous experience in a compensation and benefits role ideally in the legal market but not essential if from a professional services environment.Knowledge of integrated benefits systems (ideally Zest).Strong organisational and project management skills.Strong communicator at all levels.Highly analytical and strong attention to detail.Excellent Excel skills.
