Job description

Precision Medicine Group is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our European team. The position can be fully remote from locations in the UK, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Hungary, or Romania.

Position Summary
Supports the delivery and administration of employee benefits across multiple international markets, including the UK, China, Belgium, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Australia, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. Manages core benefits operations, ensures compliance with local legislation, maintains vendor relationships, and contributes to global benefits initiatives and benchmarking activities.

Essential Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

  1. Administers benefit programs across assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance.
  2. Supports relationships with brokers, insurers, and third-party providers.
  3. Acts as a point of contact for local HR teams and employees regarding benefits queries.
  4. Coordinates benefit renewals, employee enrollments, and offboarding processes across countries.
  5. Ensures timely and accurate benefit enrollment documentation, data entries, and system updates.
  6. Prepares and submits benefits data for annual market surveys and benchmarking.
  7. Tracks and implements regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
  8. Collaborates with payroll, HRIS, finance, and legal teams for smooth operations and reporting.
  9. Supports the design and rollout of new benefits programs, process improvements, and global initiatives.
  10. Maintains up-to-date process documentation and country-specific benefits overviews.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or total rewards, with multi-country exposure preferred.
  2. Basic understanding of benefits regulations and statutory requirements in several listed countries.
  3. Experience working with benefit plan vendors and brokers internationally.
  4. Previous experience in CRO/Pharma industry.
  5. Experience supporting European, Asian, and LATAM markets.
  6. Involvement in global benefits design, renewals, or harmonization.

Other Required Qualifications

  1. Strong Excel and data management skills.
  2. Excellent analysis and reporting abilities.
  3. Ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones and adapt to local nuances.
  4. High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  5. Strong cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills.
