Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate current benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and implement benefits strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance benefits offerings.
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues.
  • Educate employees on benefits programs through presentations, meetings, and written communications.
