Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland’s Infrastructure team in Farnborough is seeking an experienced HR Benefits Administrator to join the HR team. Hybrid role: 3 days in the Farnborough office and 2 days working from home, with opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

You will manage benefits system administration, payroll reconciliations, queries, data analysis, and annual policy updates, using Benifex, Reward Gateway, Irish Life, EdenRed and BAM People (SuccessFactors).

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Invoice and report reconciliation between payroll and provider reports.
• Manage and respond to queries from the HR inbox.
• Administer the Benifex benefits system (enrolling in pension schemes, updating employee data).
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets, including tax compliance and leave data.
• Manage third‑party systems and HR tools (Reward Gateway, EdenRed, BAM People).
• Escalate complex queries and resolve benefits system breaches.
