Job summary

Aon plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our growing Benefits team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, deliver administrative support, and partner with a Consultant to provide outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include liaising with providers and HR, handling renewals and changes, onboarding new clients, and delivering timely reports and market analyses to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with employee benefits across product lines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise customer needs.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with product providers, HR and third parties; analyze financial contracts.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries on existing arrangements, renewals and changes.
• Support Consultants to onboard new clients and produce reports and analyses within timeframes.
• Work with the Consultant to exceed service levels and provide information.
• Generate market intelligence and opportunities to develop clients and NFP portfolio.
• Produce policy summaries, reports and portfolio valuations for client reviews.
• Keep knowledge up to date on products and regulatory changes.
