Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, repair and calibration of electronic medical equipment.
• Well-organized workshop skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet customer needs in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical service support on maintenance, repair, inspection, and calibration of Mindray products for customers within nation-wide.
• Provides technical services for inbound customer devices in relation to maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, including Mindray demo devices.
• Respond to customer calls and emails during office hours, maintaining professional communications.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring calibration with Service Supervisor/Manager.
• Responsible for tracking spare parts and device loaner inventories allocated to them.
• Discusses and refers unresolved service issues with the Service Manager.
• Maintain a clean and tidy bench area per 5S standards.
• Take on other tasks designated by the Service Supervisor/Manager.
