Job summary

365 People Ltd. in the UK is seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join a busy workshop in the DY2 area. The role involves manufacturing high-quality commercial furniture and bespoke joinery, reading technical drawings, and assembling timber and board materials using hand tools, power tools and machinery. Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm, Friday 7am-2pm with regular increases.

You will maintain a safe, clean workshop and work either independently or as part of a team, delivering high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bench joinery or cabinet-making experience.
• Confident reading technical drawings.
• Skilled with woodworking tools and machinery.
• Good attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of factory health & safety procedures and safe working practices.
