Job summary

Chopstix Group seeks a bench General Manager to lead and develop teams across the region, with a hands-on leadership approach that sets the standard. You’ll drive performance, coach staff, and balance speed with great customer experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

As a key growth driver, you’ll interpret data, manage labour and food costs, and deliver strong service and sales results while upholding food safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced hospitality or QSR environments.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to set standards from the front.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales, profitability and productivity.
• Experience managing labour, food costs and controllable expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant teams across locations within the region.
• Drive business performance and customer experience to meet targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train and succession plan for staff.
• Interpret performance data to improve service, sales and efficiency.
