Job summary

Popeyes UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a high-volume site. You’ll lead a fast-paced team to deliver exceptional guest experience, sales, and profitability while upholding food safety and brand standards.

• Must have proven General Manager experience in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future talent
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
