The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking and a knack for optimizing profits through astute financial management. With a strong focus on quality, in our food, service, and overall guest experience - you'll be working collaboratively with the senior operations team to champion a culture of innovation and inclusivity whilst fostering a collaborative environment to achieve continuous success of the restaurant.
