Job summary

The Evolv Collection is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager for 24 Stories in Birmingham. You will lead a guest-centric team, optimise standards, and support the General Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a premium setting.

This role focuses on people development and operational excellence, with a view to progressing to General Manager. Working 48 hours per week in Birmingham, the salary is up to £60,000 per year.

Situated in Birmingham’s tallest building, the stylish restaurant offers breath-taking 360 degree views of the city.

This pivotal role calls for a passionate leader who prioritizes guest satisfaction and fosters a positive team environment, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. While an understanding of financial management is required, your primary focus will be on nurturing our team members, optimizing service standards, and cultivating a culture of excellence. As a key support to the General Manager, you'll assist in implementing strategies for growth and success. We're seeking ambitious candidates hungry for growth, with aspirations to eventually step into the role of General Manager and lead our team to new heights of achievement.
