MCS Group is seeking a Site Lead to guide the Belfast operation, reporting to the CEO and executive team. The role centers on delivering strategic direction, strong day-to-day leadership, and overseeing growth, customer delivery and business performance for a scaling technology business in Belfast.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior leadership role within a technology, SaaS, professional services or scaling business.
• Previous experience as Site Lead, General Manager, Operations Director, VP Operations, COO or similar would be highly relevant.
• Strong track record of leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting an organisation through growth, transformation or organisational change.
• Strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of operational performance.
• Ability to influence effectively at executive level while building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior leadership presence for the Belfast operation and translate company strategy into clear local priorities.
• Lead the site strategy, performance and culture to drive growth and scale the Belfast operation.
• Oversee customer delivery, service excellence and relationship with internal product and commercial teams.
• Develop scalable processes and systems to support expanding operations and KPIs.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the site.
