Overview

Are you a passionate engineer ready to step into a technical leadership role? We’re partnering with a mission-driven company undergoing rapid growth as they transition from consultancy to fully in-house engineering. They’re now hiring two hands-on Tech Leads to shape the next phase of their platform and lead small, agile teams building critical infrastructure software.

The Opportunity

As a Tech Lead, you’ll take ownership of a core domain and help steer both technical design and delivery. You’ll be supported to grow into people leadership (if you choose), while remaining deeply hands-on. Whether your background is in hardware integration or high-performance trading systems, there’s a space here to lead impactful work from the ground up.

We’re hiring for two distinct Tech Lead positions.

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of a core domain and drive technical design and delivery
Lead small, agile teams building infrastructure software
Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals

What You’ll Bring

Solid software design principles and iterative development experience
TDD and automated testing expertise beneficial
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, trunk-based development, and feature flagging
An eye for quality, performance, and scalability
A passion for the craft - you take pride in clean code and continual improvement
Previous experience leading teams or mentoring engineers
