Qualifications

  • Experience of M&A communications and transformation.
  • Good understanding of Northern Ireland as operating environment.
  • Comms plan definition and execution.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to act and implement quickly.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Local Delivery: supports Belfast site communications and aligns with UK/global frameworks.
  • Managerial Support: helps define core messaging and localised materials.
  • Channel Deployment: rollout of interim and long-term internal communication tools and channels.
  • External Consistency: coordinates with UK/global teams for unified external messaging.
  • Support PMI communications delivery after merger integration.
  • Establish communications setup and outputs for the Newco in Belfast.
