This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of children who require additional emotional and behavioural support to succeed in school.
You’ll work closely with pupils who may have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism or behavioural challenges, supporting them on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. Your role will be to build positive relationships, promote emotional regulation and help pupils overcome barriers to learning so they can thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
