Job summary

Aspire People in Stockport is seeking dedicated individuals to support pupils with SEMH, autism or behavioural challenges on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. You will build positive relationships, promote emotional regulation and help learners overcome barriers to access to education.

The Role

You'll work closely with pupils who may have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism or behavioural challenges, supporting them on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. Your role will be to build positive relationships, promote emotional regulation and help pupils overcome barriers to learning so they can thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
