Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 in a Bromley secondary school. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and the SEND department to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils requiring behavioural and emotional assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs.
• Experience in secondary school, PRU or alternative provision desirable.
• Confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies.
• Role is full time ASAP.
