Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant for schools in Redbridge. The role involves monitoring pupils in lessons, supporting teachers and other staff, and maintaining a calm, positive presence around the campus.

You will model good behaviour and help students stay on track throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have classroom experience, an ability to build rapport with students and staff, a genuine interest in education, and be available for at least 3 days per week.

• Have a degree in English, Maths or Science. (Not essential)

Reeson Education is currently working with a range of Primary schools in the diverse borough of Redbridge who require Behaviour Support Assistants to start ASAP.

The job will involve monitoring students in lessons, dealing with any issues arising, being a general presence around the school and supporting teachers and other support staff.

You will be a strong role model for the students and contribute directly to their success by keeping them on track throughout the day.

This will be a challenging role but extremely rewarding for the right candidate as you can make a real difference to students lives.
